These terms are an agreement between you and Dream Blend Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") for the use of AjonTec. By creating an account you accept them.
What the service is
AjonTec is software that lets you send and receive WhatsApp messages through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. We are an independent software provider. We are not Meta, and we do not control WhatsApp's pricing, policies or delivery.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and authorised to act for the business you register.
- Give accurate details and keep them current.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account. Keep your password safe and turn on two-factor authentication.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
What you may not do
- Send messages to people who have not opted in.
- Ignore an opt-out request.
- Send anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing.
- Break the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or Meta's Commerce Policy.
- Resell or sublicense AjonTec without our written agreement.
- Attempt to breach, overload or reverse engineer the service.
Our Acceptable Use Policy sets this out in full. Breaking it can lead to suspension without refund.
Payment
- Plans are prepaid. Your plan starts when payment clears.
- Prices are in the currency shown and exclude taxes unless stated.
- Money in your wallet does not expire while your account is open. It pays for messages sent beyond your plan's monthly allowance, at the per-message rates shown on your wallet page, and is not withdrawable as cash.
- We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Your current period is unaffected.
- Meta's conversation charges are separate and are billed to whoever holds the WhatsApp account.
Your data and ours
Your contacts, messages and campaigns remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you. The software, its design and its documentation remain ours.
Availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and faults at Meta or your hosting. See our Service Level Agreement. We are not liable for delays or failures inside WhatsApp itself.
Suspension and closure
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, puts the platform at risk, or is used for messaging people who have not consented. Where it is safe to do so we will warn you first. You may close your account at any time from the panel; prepaid amounts are governed by our Refund Policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnity
You will cover us against claims arising from your use of the service, the messages you send, or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
Indian law applies, and the courts of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
