You can remove your data from AjonTec yourself, or ask us to do it. This page explains both, and what happens to the connection between AjonTec and Meta.
Delete it yourself, from inside the app
- Contacts - Contacts, select, Delete. Or Contacts, Import and export, Delete all.
- Conversations - Inbox, open the conversation, Delete.
- Campaigns and their reports - Campaigns, open it, Delete.
- A connected WhatsApp number - Numbers, Disconnect. This removes our stored access token and stops all webhooks for that number.
- Your whole account - Profile, Close account.
Ask us to delete it
Email info@ajontec.org from the address on the account, with the subject Data deletion request. Tell us whether you want everything removed or only part of it.
We confirm within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. There is no charge.
Removing AjonTec from your Meta account
Disconnecting a number in AjonTec removes our access from our side. To remove the permission from yours:
- Open Meta Business Settings.
- Go to Business assets, then WhatsApp accounts.
- Select your account, open Connected apps or Partners.
- Remove AjonTec / Dream Blend Solutions Pvt. Ltd..
You can also remove the app from Facebook Settings, Business Integrations. Once removed we can no longer send or receive anything for that number.
What is deleted, and what is kept

Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account afterwards, so export anything you need first.
Data belonging to your own customers
If one of the people you message asks to be removed, you can delete that contact from your Contacts list, which removes their profile and conversation history. Adding them to Do not contact keeps them from being messaged again. If they contact us directly we will refer them to you, since you are the controller of that data.
