Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

This policy applies to everyone using AjonTec, a product of Dream Blend Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. WhatsApp is a private space. People notice when a business abuses it, and Meta acts quickly. This policy protects your number as much as our platform.

Consent comes first

  • Message only people who have given you permission to message them on WhatsApp.
  • Keep proof of that consent. Our Consent vault is there for this.
  • Never buy, scrape or rent a list of numbers.
  • Honour every opt-out immediately. STOP and similar replies are handled automatically.
  • Identify your business in the first message.

Content that is not allowed

  • Anything unlawful, or promoting unlawful activity.
  • Adult content, gambling where it is not licensed, tobacco, weapons, or illegal drugs.
  • Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick offers.
  • Loan sharking, fake or guaranteed-return investment offers.
  • Counterfeit goods, pirated media, stolen data.
  • Medical claims that are false or unapproved.
  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that targets a group.
  • Impersonating another business or person.
  • Phishing, malware, or links meant to deceive.

How you send matters

  • Start a new number slowly. Sending at full speed on day one is the fastest way to lose it.
  • Keep your message relevant to the person receiving it.
  • Watch your quality rating. A number marked Red is close to being restricted by Meta.
  • Do not use the API to send one message to many numbers in a way designed to look like individual chats.

Technical limits

  • Do not attempt to exceed your plan's limits, probe the platform, or test its security without written permission.
  • Do not share API credentials outside your organisation.
  • Do not run the service through unauthorised third-party tools.

What happens if this is broken

Depending on severity: a warning, suspension of sending, suspension of the account, or closure without refund. Serious cases are reported to Meta and, where the law requires, to the authorities. Meta may separately restrict or ban your WhatsApp number, and that decision is theirs, not ours.

Reporting abuse

If you have received an unwanted message from a business using AjonTec, email support@ajontec.org with the sender's number and a screenshot. We investigate every report.
